The role is primarily to assist the corporate team on its growing volume of M&A and Private Equity transactions for a range of highly regarded institutional and entrepreneur clients. The new hire can expect to be involved in business development activities and play a key role in transactions with direct client contact.
The ideal candidate will be England & Wales qualified and have between 4 and 6 years of post-qualification experience gained within a highly regarded corporate practice in the UK. This role requires an excellent academic background and a stable career record.
