This is a great opportunity for a junior to mid level corporate lawyer to get into the busy and dynamic South East Asian market with a top tier US firm’s esteemed practice.
The workload will have a weighting towards mainstream cross-border M&A and private equity work, including some of the biggest deals in the region. Thought this is the key experience sought, there will also be the opportunity for a broad transactional practice (including potentially projects and finance). You will be England & Wales or New York qualified (or already be in the process of obtaining one of admissions) and have experience under your belt with a highly rated international law firm. In return you will have excellent quality work and a top salary bracket. A strong academic background and commitment to living and working in Singapore is a requirement. Regional language skills would be of benefit but are not needed.
