We are looking to speak with Corporate M&A Attorneys to join our client’s practice in their New York office.
Our client counsels and advises buyers and sellers of businesses, financiers and lenders, venture capital funds, private equity funds, underwriters and investment bankers and issuers.
Your practice will be focussed on counselling corporations in mergers and acquisitions transactions and governance matters. You will provide private equity firms and family offices with experienced direction in leveraged buyouts and growth capital investments. You will also guide financial institutions in complex finance transactions.
The incoming associate will be joining a collegiate and collaborative culture where career development is at the forefront.
Annual salary range: $250,000 – $370,000
