This is a career advancing opportunity for a driven attorney who has 4+ years of significant experience in representing public and private companies, investment banks and other investors in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, and other strategic transactions. You will also advise clients on corporate governance matters.
Annual salary range: $295,000 – $370,000
