With a growing Dispute Resolution group this opportunity at an offshore-based firm should be attractive to any capable England and Wales-qualified lawyer. The firm has strengths in all the main legal areas and invariably hires lawyers from City and other top UK firms. Due to increased instructions the Litigation team is keen to appoint a new Associate into a broad commercial litigation role involving high-value multi-jurisdictional disputes, with specific areas of strength within the group being in fraud, insolvency, professional negligence and trusts.
If you are a junior or mid-level litigator with experience in any of the above areas then we would be keen to hear from you. You will ideally have between one and three years’ PQE, however we will consider applicants outside this range. Experience in a City or rated national/regional firm is essential.
The firm pays a good salary (with low tax on this), together with a full relocation package. The Channel Islands are a desirable place to live and offer a high standard of living.
