We have been instructed on a new and confidential opportunity by a leading offshore law firm in Bermuda, seeking to hire a talented litigation lawyer with approximately three to five years’ PQE.

The successful candidate will be involved in a broad range of high-value, complex and cross-border matters, including general commercial litigation, shareholder and corporate disputes, insolvency and restructuring, insurance coverage, and high-profile fraud cases. The firm’s client base includes major financial institutions, global corporates, and high-net-worth individuals, ensuring consistently high-quality and intellectually stimulating work.

You will work alongside leading practitioners in the offshore market, gaining exposure to sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional disputes often involving coordination with top onshore firms and counsel. Despite the high calibre of work and clients, the team offers a more balanced and sustainable working environment compared to some onshore practices.
