The role will involve a range of cross-border and high-value corporate and commercial disputes, including general contractual and company litigation, insolvency, insurance, fraud and high-end professional negligence. The client base includes major UK and offshore corporates, global funds and trusts, and UHNWs.

We are seeking an England and Wales-admitted Solicitor or Barrister, with an excellent track record at major City or national law firms, or in a leading Chambers. Current or recent offshore experience offshore is welcome, but is not essential. You should ideally have between three and five years’ PQE, however we will consider strong applicants just outside this level.
