Our client law firm has a superb reputation on acting on some of the largest cross-border cases. Working closely with a reputed partner with a specialism in financial services-related disputes, you will be representing major corporates including blue-chips, UHNWs, institutions and governmental bodies. The breadth of work will be across financial services regulatory matters generally, and including compliance, sanctions, and investigations. Experience in money laundering, bribery, and fraud issues are all relevant to this role. There will be some non-contentious/advisory work.
This position will suit a lawyer at a City or tier one national firm. You will ideally have between there and six years’ PQE, however we will consider strong applicants just outside this level. You should have solid experience in financial services-related disputes. We will consider those in a general commercial disputes role but with good relevant experience in the areas described.
The firm pays a highly competitive salary, with a low income tax rate. There will be a generous relocation package. Hours are reasonable compared to the larger City firms. The location offers a very high standard of living.
