Our client’s global practice represents clients throughout the U.S. and abroad in criminal, governmental regulatory and civil litigation matters.
This is a great career advancing opportunity for candidates with 3+ years of significant experience in advising corporations on potential governance disputes and advising financial institutions on the implications of LIBOR cessation.
You will represent clients in a variety of civil matters, ranging from post-merger contract disputes to civil RICO claims. You will counsel clients seeking to avoid or prepare for potential litigation.
Annual salary range: $250,000 – $400,000
