We have brand new and direct instructions from a US law firm to identify a litigation associate for its São Paulo, Brazil offices.
The role entails advising the firm’s high-profile clients on a diverse range of high-value and cross-border litigation matters. The associate will also support senior team members in enhancing collaboration between the firm’s global network of lawyers and the São Paulo office.
The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of cross-border litigation experience at a well-regarded litigation practice. Candidates must be US qualified and hold a JD from a reputable US university.

Fluency in Spanish is a prerequisite for the successful candidate. While proficiency in Portuguese would be advantageous, it is not mandatory.
