Further to Jameson Legal making a placement with the Banking team of this top tier firm in Amsterdam, the group is looking to add a further Leveraged Finance solicitor, with 1-3 years’ experience.

Lawyers are experienced in all relevant financing products, including senior, mezzanine, second lien and subordinated debt and have a strong position in the private debt market and have extensive knowledge of stretched senior, unitranche and first loss/second loss structures.
Candidates can be Dutch or Common Law qualified in order to apply for this role.
