Our client, an elite NY law firm, is looking to strengthen its Finance practice with the hiring of an England & Wales qualified Junior Associate with first-rate leveraged finance experience.
As part of this firm’s highly regarded finance team, the new hire will work on complex and high-profile leveraged finance transactions. The team advises a diverse range of clients, including private equity and infrastructure funds, corporates, family offices, and sovereign wealth funds.
Requirements:
- Qualification as a solicitor in England & Wales, with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in leveraged finance.
- Completed training at a top City law firm, with a strong academic background.
- Proven experience working on leveraged finance transactions, preferably within a reputable finance team.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
