A prestigious global law firm is seeking a banking Lawyer with solid experience in leveraged and acquisition finance to join its well-regarded finance team based in London. The role will cover all aspects of financing transactions, including drafting and negotiating term sheets, inter-creditor agreements and facilities agreements, with a particular focus on acquisition and leverage finance.
The successful candidate will have between 1-4 years of post-qualification experience gained within a rival City practice, or highly ranked international firm. Strong academics and significant banking experience (in particular leveraged and acquisition finance) are essential.
