Legal Technologist

Our client is an award-winning off-shore law firm with expertise in multiple jurisdictions around the world. They have an exciting opportunity to join their knowledge team to help with drive legal tech adoption.

This role involves working across global jurisdictions to support the firm’s legal practice teams in the delivery of client services. The role will focus on providing legal tools which support efficient and effective legal operations. These may be a combination of process workflows, matter maps, automation, client portals and knowledge databases. The role will be responsible for translating the firms’ legal operational needs into fit for purpose pragmatic solutions.

In this role you will help to grow the use and adoption of legal tech and will involve:

  • Finding new use cases
  • Creating proofs of concept
  • Training lawyers and other colleagues
  • Understanding challenges and pain points and finding tech that will help to resolve them

You will also help to implement and communicate the Knowledge strategy to the wider firm, help to bring efficiencies to the set up and ongoing delivery of legal, client and business knowledge content and collaborate with other teams and lawyers across all the firm’s offices.

To be considered for this exciting role, you MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

At least 2 years experience in a previous legal tech role either in a law firm or in-house

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solutions mindset
  • You must be a team player as this role sits within the knowledge team which supports the firm in various ways
