Legal Operations Manager

Our client is a leading fintech company, who provide electronic payment services such as ATMs, point of sale and payment software in over 170 countries.

An opportunity has come up in the legal operations department for someone to join the team and help optimise processes, streamline operations and increase efficiencies.

Duties include:

  • Developing workflows, procedures and technical solutions to meet the needs of the business and the legal teams.
  • Producing reports and presentations in order to further the vision of the Legal Operations department and, when required, preparing materials for meetings with senior management.
  • Responsibility for day-to-day supervision of Legal Operations support staff.
  • Participating in strategic discussions with senior stakeholders to deliver on key mandates whilst promoting best practice and furthering the objectives of the department.

This requires someone who can combine technical and legal skills as well as operation and project management abilities. The ability to build relationships with colleagues in other departments is also very important.

You will also need to be solutions-orientated, collaborative and a good communicator.

A minimum of 1 years’ previous experience with carrying out the above-mentioned duties in legal operations is required for this role, together with a solid understanding of corporate and commercial legal concepts and mechanisms.
