An incredibly exciting opportunity has arisen to work with a key industry driver of Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh, this entity focuses on enhancing the Kingdom’s economy by making strategic investments and forming partnerships with global companies in order to develop sustainable industries.
The successful candidate will join their established legal team and provide expert legal advice on all corporate matters, particularly focusing on mergers acquisitions and joint ventures.
Applicants ideally should have 5-15 years PQE, and relevant corporate/ M&A experience gained from highly regarded and well-established law firms or in-house companies. A knowledge of the legal and regulatory environment within Saudi Arabia would be helpful but Arabic language skills are not required.
Remuneration: 60K – 80K SAR pcm, plus benefits and bonus.
