A multinational corporation that is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, is actively seeking a Senior Lawyer to provide legal support to their businesses for both their local and foreign subsidiaries. Based in Sepang, Selangor, you will play a critical role in managing all legal and commercial matters, and ensure compliance and governance across the organization. To be successful for the role, you must possess significant corporate experience gained from a listed company, and have a proven track record managing a team. Strong business acumen and Malaysia Bar qualifications are essential.
Successful candidates will possess:
- A recognized degree in law, and be admitted to the Bar in Malaysia.
- 10 years’ PQE gained in-house or from Private Practice.
- Strong legal experience gained from the commercial industry with a listed company.
- A strong commercial mindset and experience managing a team.
