We are working with one of the fastest growing online protection companies, whose software is used globally across a range of industry sectors including financial services, healthcare and energy groups. The company is highly successful and growing quickly.
Our client is looking to hire a Legal Counsel to be based in London, and focus on providing expertise in SaaS agreements as well as IT commercial contracts. The role will focus on a wide array of commercial areas including supporting other teams across operations, including sales relating to the UK and international offices.
Given the scaling up nature of the business, those who have worked with similar sales templates, which they have negotiated and/or defended would be valued highly. This is an excellent role where the work is broad, stimulating and at the very cutting edge of its field.
Applicants must be qualified in the UK, with at least 4 years’ PQE gained predominantly in the IT sector. Applicants should have come from a similar in-house role or directly from an IT team in a law firm.
Remuneration: £75K – £85K + bonus + benefits
