An established insurance company that has been at the forefront of the industry is actively recruiting a legal counsel to join their highly cohesive team that has a low attrition rate. You will partner with the business and provide support on a range of matters pertaining to M&A, corporate finance, litigation, compliance regulatory and corporate secretarial. Ideally, you are a Singapore qualified lawyer with strong insurance or corporate experience and be well versed in the drafting and negotiating of a variety of agreements including IT contracts. You would be highly regarded if you possess corporate secretarial experience.
Successful candidates will possess:
- A recognized degree in Law and be called to the Singapore Bar.
- Strong corporate commercial or insurance experience. Corporate secretarial experience would be an advantage.
- Positive working attitude and take initiative.
- The ability to work independently and in a team.
