Working as part of a close-knit team, you will play an active role in advising business leaders on contractual risk and commercial matters and assist in all corporate secretarial work. This role will suit a junior corporate lawyer who pays attention to detail and has strong stakeholder management skill. Litigation lawyers would be considered too.
Successful candidates will possess:
- A recognized degree in law.
- 1-3 years of corporate experience gained in-house or in practice.
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills with the ability to work independently.
