The company is looking to hire a Global HR Data Privacy Expert to work remotely, and focus on data protection and privacy. The Global HR Data Privacy Expert will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable data privacy laws and regulations across the organisation’s global HR function. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of privacy policies, procedures, and practices to protect employee data and ensure compliance with relevant data protection laws. The role holder will work closely with the Global Head of Data Privacy.
The role will focus on a wide array of data protection related issues, including developing and implementing global HR data privacy policies and procedures in accordance with relevant data protection laws, provide guidance and training to HR teams on data privacy matters, and ensure that all HR staff are aware of their responsibilities for maintaining data privacy, and more.

Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience in the data protection/privacy field with a focus on HR data privacy. Applicants should either come from a similar in-house role, or directly from the data protection team in a law firm.
