A prestigious local law firm, our client is now actively recruiting an associate for its conveyancing practice in Singapore. Applicants will need to be Singapore-qualified and be able to handle the full range of conveyancing transactions, such as sales, purchases, mortgage financing, refinancing, de-coupling transactions and redemptions for both HDB and private properties. The ability to communicate effectively in this client-facing role is essential.
Successful candidates will possess:
- A recognised Law degree and be called to the Singapore Bar.
- At least 2PQE, gained in the conveyancing practice of a local law firm.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively independently.
