he team at this law firm devotes a significant part of its practice to secured and unsecured syndicated bank financings. They represent both agent lenders and borrowers in various financial transactions, including working capital facilities, acquisition financings, bridge loans, asset-based loans, first lien/second lien financings, letter of credit facilities, and project financings. Additionally, a substantial part of their practice involves representing issuers and underwriters in secured and unsecured high-yield debt offerings, including liability management transactions.
Private placements of securities are another important aspect of the practice. The team mainly represents institutional purchasers in transactions that involve senior secured and unsecured note offerings, mezzanine investments, and other forms of junior capital.
