Our client is looking to offer the opportunity for an experienced Associate with expertise in Planning to join their Real Estate team in Southampton. Our client’s Real Estate team is highly ranked by the Legal 500 and handles high quality work from many household name clients.
Within this role, you will assist with the management of key client relationships by supporting and complying with client management and business development programmes. The work will include the management of a case load across a broad spectrum of planning matters, including fast-paced and time-critical work, as well as non-transactional and advisory work. This includes work carried out individually, with appropriate supervisions, or supporting other fee earners, all to ensure that individual financial targets and objectives are met. In addition to this, you will also be expected to draft and advise on all kinds of planning matters including section 106 Agreements, unilateral undertakings, planning appeals, applications, and all in association with advice arising from the Real Estate division across all offices.
To be considered for this role, you will have up to 10 years’ PQE with relevant experience.
