We are looking to speak with a star labour and employment litigation attorney to join our client’s preeminent practice in their Irvine office.
Our client’s nationwide labour and employment litigation practice in Irvine has a zest for victory and an unmatched work ethic that consistently produces winning results.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of significant experience in defending employment related claims in federal, state, and administrative venues as well as advising clients on statutory compliance issues. You will routinely litigate cases including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leave, and accommodation related claims across numerous industries.
The incoming associate will also ideally have experience in wage and hour litigation, including class/collective action. You will preferably derive from an employment litigation background however litigation within alternative arenas will be considered.
Annual salary range: $210,000 – $240,000
