Labor & Employment Litigation Associate – New Jersey

Annual salary range: $235,000 – $310,000

We are looking to speak with labor and employment litigation associate attorneys to join our client’s Labor & Employment practice in their New Jersey office.

This firm is renowned for its family-friendly culture. It is still considered BigLaw, but at a relatively slower pace that is more accepting of work-life balance and family commitments.

You will defend employers facing class action and individual lawsuits and help employers protect their businesses through enforcement of restrictive covenant agreements. In addition to representing employers as lead counsel in litigation and at trial, you will work with clients to ensure that their operations comply with applicable employment law and best practices in order to minimize employer liability. You will assist clients through complex labor and employment regulations and disputes.

Billable Hours target: 1,900.

  • Alongside standard billable work, associates can also count up to 50 hours of DE&I activities and 100 hours of pro bono towards their 1,900-hour target.
