We are looking to speak with experienced litigation associate with substantial labor and employment, including wage and hour class action / collective action experience, to join our client’s practice in Chicago.
This is an opportunity to work with down to earth and personable, yet fierce advocates who are recognized leaders defending state and federal wage and hour collective and class actions. You will regularly defend employers in class, collective, and individual actions involving claims under the FLSA, Title VII, ADA, and other federal and state statutes.
You will also advise clients on matters including restrictive covenants, reductions in force, employment agreements, handbook policies, accommodations, and issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Salary range: $295,000 – $345,000.
