We are looking to speak with Labor and Employment Attorneys to join our client’s practice in their Philadelphia office.
Our client’s nationally recognized labor and employment attorneys represent clients in an array of issues faced by HR managers and in-house counsels.
The incoming associate will counsel and defend domestic and foreign corporations in all areas of employment and labor law compliance and litigation, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour class and collective actions, trade secret disputes and data protection and alleged fiduciary breaches. You will represent clients in negotiations, litigations and arbitrations nationally in these areas.
Annual salary range: $250,000 – $330,000
