We are looking to speak with Texas-licensed senior-level associates to join our client’s Labor & Employment practice in Dallas.
This is an awesome opportunity to join a lean powerhouse team of trial lawyers with extensive experience representing and advising clients in traditional labor relations, including collective bargaining, representation elections, decertification elections, unfair labor practice charges, arbitrating grievances, contract administration and interpretation, and union avoidance strategies.
The breadth of work on offer includes representing management in complex labor and employment law matters, including contract, trade secret and post-employment restrictive covenants, EEO litigation, and collective bargaining.
Annual salary: $345,000 – $415,000.
