Our client’s Boston office is looking to add an excellent mid-senior level associate attorney to its 40+ person strong Labor & Employment practice group.
This is a great opportunity to be exposed to an established platform and broad variety of labor and employment work, including employment litigation (discrimination, wage and hour, non-compete cases, and breach of contract matters), everyday employment and HR-related counseling, drafting of employment-related policies and agreements, and conducting investigations and trainings (anti-harassment).
The group’s attorneys have a broad institutional knowledge of the numerous federal, state, and local employment laws that apply to employers in different industries. They represent a broad cross-section of leading companies, including public and private sector organizations, ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in employment-related litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings, ensure compliance with complex employee benefit requirements and advise them on the laws and regulations covering deferred compensation and equity-based compensation as well as health, retirement, and other fringe benefits.
Add your name to this firm’s plaque of ‘Super Lawyers List’ where encouragement, collaboration and mentorship are unconditional efforts to all attorneys.
