We have direct instructions from a leading global law firm client to find a Knowledge Lawyer to support its busy Real Estate group across London and the firm’s regional offices, helping to ensure that they are equipped with the most up-to-date legal knowledge and expertise.
As a Real Estate Knowledge Lawyer, you will play a key role in providing critical support and insights to the firm’s leading Real Estate group. The team offers advice on all aspects of real estate, including investment and leasing, construction and development, dispute resolution, joint ventures, and fund management, acting for a diverse client base, including corporate occupiers, investors, developers, hotels, retailers, high net worth individuals, and public bodies.
The primary responsibility of this role will revolve around enhancing and managing the team’s knowledge bank, ensuring that it stays up-to-date and relevant. The new hire will also actively engage in innovation projects, including document automation, to keep the department at the forefront of legal services. Collaborating closely with the existing Knowledge Lawyer, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering a diverse range of know-how-related services to the firm’s clients, cementing the firm’s position as leaders in the legal industry.
Requirements:
- England & Wales qualified lawyer with at least 5 years PQE gained at a recognised Real Estate team.
- In-depth knowledge of English real estate law and regulations.
- Recent transactional real estate experience or experience as a commercial English law real estate Knowledge Lawyer.
This role can be fully remote, and our client will consider candidates looking to work either 3 or 4 days a week.
