This is an entry level role and it is intended that the incoming lawyer will learn on-the-job with a view to becoming a full associate over time. Ideally, candidates should have some experience in a legal manager or paralegal role (hopefully with some corporate exposure) and will have studied in the US (either an LLM or a JD) from a top-rated law school.
