Our client, a truly global law firm is looking to hire a junior to midlevel Associate in its market-leading banking & finance practice in New York, Washington DC or Denver.
You will be working with its fully integrated cross-office practice which represents lenders, private equity sponsors and public and private companies, both domestically and abroad, in all aspects of syndicated and direct lending transactions, including acquisition finance and asset-based lending as well as cash flow and large portfolio/real property lending deals, and venture/tech matters, both performing and distressed and cross-border and domestic.
