A renowned global conglomerate is expanding and is hiring a junior lawyer to be part of a wider legal team which offers support on all in-house matters.
The role offers regional exposure to junior corporate lawyers wishing to transit to a commercial in-house environment. Working independently in a legal team, duties will include providing support on daily business activities whilst advising on a broad spectrum of legal and compliance issues. Singapore qualified lawyers who have prior corporate, compliance or corporate secretarial experience are preferred.
