You will grow your practice helping companies increase their value, market share, profits, and assets via Section 337 litigation, and defend companies from allegations of unfair acts.
Led by a true leader in field, this team has the know-how to litigate Section 337 investigations effectively: IP and technical knowledge; extensive hearing and procedural experience at the ITC; inter partes review experience at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office; IP appellate experience; and a top-tier governmental relations practice.
You will be part of a collaborative group of first-class professionals including attorneys, engineers, scientists, and programmers.
Annual salary: $225,000 – $345,000.
