Further to making a recent placement with our client, the firm has instructed us on a new 2-4 PQE Intellectual Property Litigation role in London.
The team assists clients on the full range of IP matters. Although the department advises across a spectrum of industries, it has particular expertise in the Media & Entertainment, Hospitality & Leisure, Sport and Retail & Fashion sectors.
Lawyers provide a full legal service on all cases of IP infringement, including trademarks, passing off, copyright, design right, database right, patents, advertising disputes and domain name disputes.
Whilst the role will focus on IP Litigation, there will also be the opportunity to get involved in Media Litigation matters as well.
