We are looking to speak with intellectual property litigation associates to join our client’s global Intellectual Property & Technology practice in Washington, DC.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with ‘key individuals’ in the field advising clients along the life cycle of their most important assets, whether that be patents, copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity, trade secrets, and related issues. You will be exposed to matters with the federal trial courts throughout the United States, and extensive arbitration, appellate, and counseling/diligence work.
This team combines proven trial and appellate experience, strategic approaches, and technological knowledge to enforce and defend their clients’ IP rights, particularly in the life sciences, consumer goods, and high technology industries.
If you have a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Software Programming, or Life Sciences, together with experience with the PTAB, we would be interested in exploring this opportunity with you.
