Our client are world leaders who specialise in the production of fresh food products for domestic supermarket chains. They are looking for an experienced IP professional to join the team in London in a hybrid working role.
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the world’s pioneers in the agribusiness who are committed to ensuring that the future of food production is sustainable and ecologically viable for the changing needs of consumers globally. You will be working in a small, collegiate team who are based partly in the UK and Spain.
As IP Legal Counsel, you will be expected to manage and oversee Patents and Trademark registrations, the enforcement of IP and litigation across various jurisdictions as well as other contract management work. You must have at least 4 years of IP experience either as a qualified lawyer or IP specialist. Applicants who are Spanish speaking would be preferred although this is not essential.
Remuneration: £70K – £80K + bonus
