We are looking to speak with experienced investment funds associates to join our client’s growing Private Investment Funds practice in New York.
This is a career advancing opportunity to advise private equity firms and their senior management on a wide variety of legal, compliance, and business issues.
You will work in a close-knit, international team of lawyers with extensive experience in domestic and global cross-border secondaries transactions.
You will continue to counsel clients on fund transactional projects, having led numerous secondaries, related liquidity transactions, and strategic transactions on both the buy-side and sell-side in connection with portfolio companies, co-investments, and sponsor level transactions.
Annual salary: $295,000 – $415,000.
