This is a great opportunity for a 3rd to 6th year associate to advise clients on various types of fund formation, whether advising a seasoned manager, a first-time sponsor, or a large-scale institutional investor across a range of investment areas, including the buyout, energy and infrastructure, technology, and credit spaces.
