Our client’s Houston office is looking for an associate to join its Investment Funds practice group.
This is an opportunity for an associate with 2-6 years’ private equity fund formation and related fund operational experience to join a small, smart and enjoyable team who act as counsel for fund sponsors around the globe.
You will be exposed to aspects of the structuring and fundraising of private investment funds across a broad spectrum of asset classes, as well as sponsor internal arrangements, fund operations and regulatory and compliance matters.
This is a very active group, whether advising a seasoned manager, a first-time sponsor, or a large-scale institutional investor in the private capital space, you won’t miss out on much!
