Our client is looking to add a mid to senior-level associate with experience with the establishment and representation of private investment funds and their advisers, including both domestic and international private equity, real estate, venture capital and hedge funds.
Experience with Advisers Act regulatory matters, representing institutional investors in private funds, secondary transactions and structuring carry vehicles is also a plus.
