The successful candidate will be exposed to a wide range of work, working with clients from a variety of different industry sectors. The real estate team at this firm are highly regarded and well established. They have a large number of solicitors in the team focusing on different real estate aspects, but the focus of the work for you will be investment and development matters. The work on offer will include investment acquisitions, disposals, commercial development, strategic land and regeneration schemes. You will also be working closely with other teams within the firm too.
