You will learn from a team that has been involved in hundreds of U.S. trade remedy proceedings including antidumping and countervailing duty investigations, Section 301 and Section 337, and Section 201 actions, on behalf of domestic and foreign corporations, state-owned enterprises, and foreign governments.
