Our client, an alternative legal service provider based in London, who work on a range of In-house secondment contracts with clients across an array of sectors including Financial Services, Asset Management, and Investment Funds is looking for lawyers with Mortgage experience, to support one of their key financial services clients with credit cards, loans, overdrafts, point of sale finance and strategic partnerships.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate:
- Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales – or another commonwealth jurisdiction (such as New Zealand or Australia, for example)
- Training and/or 3+PQE in mortgage law gained from a top-tier practice, US firms, or notable In-House settings is essential
- Strong interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver high-quality results in a timely and efficient manner
