Our client is seeking an Associate with between 2-4 years’ experience to join the leading Intellectual Property group in the London office. The ideal candidate will have worked on transactional IP matters, including experience of, or an interest in, licensing in the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector.
The successful candidate will primarily support the transactional IP Partners within the UK IP Group, working on all types of transactions involving IP, with a focus on licensing and collaboration agreements, related commercial arrangements and the Intellectual Property aspects of M&A and investments in the Healthcare & Life Sciences sector.
A technical background and/or science qualification are beneficial, but not essential. This is a great opportunity to join a tightly knit, collaborative international team, which is committed to providing on-going support to its Lawyers in their career development.
