A global legal technology consultancy, who are leading the software sales field having grown from a prominent legal tech software partner for Corporates, to a global force, favoured by top law firms and professional service providers, are going through a period of rapid growth, and now have the opportunity for an InTapp Team Lead. They are mainly based within the UK, but now building out their presence in the US and Canada, making this a great remote working opportunity, which allows for international travel on occasion, and the next natural step in your career.
In this role, you will set up and build out the Intapp products team in North America. 50% of the time will be spent on Managed Services client work, supporting the UK based Intapp Managed Services Team. Another 50% will be spent on projects work, assisting the UK based Intapp projects team. As the workload increases you will need to build a team of Junior staff around you, and mentor them to create an efficient and productive team, ideally having a team of 5 or more within 2 years.
Experience required:
- At least 5 years of consulting experience in the legal software industry.
- International law firm implementation experience.
- The ability to work independently, and as part of a team.
- High level of experience with the Intapp product suite particularly Open, Conflicts and Integrate.
- Operate at a Senior/Principal Engineer level.
- The ability to implement and maintain global software solutions.
- The ability to lead large-scale development projects.
- Work closely with Business Analysts to define project requirements.
- Define scope and development effort for project delivery based on business needs.
- Build and apply implementation methodology to bring projects from UAT to Production.
- Mentor fellow team members
Preferable experience:
- Experience in growing a team from scratch
- Knowledge of Intapp Cloud products.
- Knowledge of PMS systems and integrating with them.
