Our client, a global law firm known for its strong client relationships and excellent culture, is looking to hire a mid-level Associate in its Insurance Recovery/Litigation team in San Francisco.
Candidates can expect to represent corporate policyholders in coverage disputes arising under a mix of insurance policies, including general liability, directors and officers and cyber. There is also the possibility of working on complex business and tort litigation, with the firm having an active commercial litigation practice in areas including railroad, antitrust, product defect, real estate, environmental, toxic tort, contract, fraud, and indemnity disputes.
