You will run the gamut, from the defense of large scale, bet-the-company policyholder class actions and antitrust matters to the handling of high-profile coverage and bad faith disputes challenging institutional issues, regulatory counseling, product development and the representation of insurers in market conduct examinations, attorney general investigations, and other enforcement
Salary range: $250,000 – $370,000.
