The breadth of the practice and cross-practice leverage is phenomenal. You will get fantastic exposure, from the defense of large scale, bet-the-company policyholder class actions and antitrust matters, to the handling of high-profile coverage and bad faith disputes challenging institutional issues, regulatory counseling, product development and the representation of insurers in market conduct examinations, attorney general investigations, and other enforcement actions.
If you have 3+ years’ insurer-side coverage litigation experience under Commercial General Liability policies, and experience representing life insurance companies in cost of insurance litigation and class action defense matters, we would be interested to discuss this opportunity with you.
Annual salary: $250,000 – $370,000.
